If you are planning an event, and would like for us to send you an information packet, please fill out the following information and click on "send".  We will send you our brochure, two copies of an agreement, a music format worksheet, a most requested song listing, and cover letter.  Upon receiving the information, if you would like to book us, please sign one copy of the agreement and return that with your deposit.  Be advised that you are not bound to anything until you actually sign an agreement and return that to our office.
